Client Care Coordinator
We chose Lexi for the important role of Client Care Coordinator because of her energy, warmth, and deep commitment to connecting neurodiverse families with the services that can truly help them.
Lexi brings background knowledge gained in her previous work in the Children’s National Hospital ADHD and Learning Differences Program. She is a current student in the Master of Social Work program at New York University. We’re thrilled to have her on the team!
A few words from Lexi:
I am excited to be joining Better Together Family Therapy as the Client Care Coordinator. In this role, I will be the first point of contact for new clients, guiding you through our policies, answering questions, and ensuring you feel supported from the very beginning.
I have a strong interest in the field of mental health and am committed to supporting neurodivergent individuals in accessing the care and resources they deserve. My goal is to help create an environment where clients feel safe, respected, and encouraged to embrace their own strengths.
What excites me most about this opportunity is the chance to grow alongside such a compassionate team and to contribute to creating a welcoming, client-centered experience. I look forward to learning from both my colleagues and the clients we support as I begin this new chapter.
