Better Together Family Therapy

Therapy should be fun.

Your child’s therapy has to be playful to be effective.   Young brains develop more quickly in the areas that process visual and tactile/kinesthetic input than those that process language.   We do use words in therapy, but we also use art, play, sensory input, and colorful visual tools to ensure that the work we do fits the developing brain we’re helping to grow.

For similar reasons, family therapy should be fun!   Strengthening your family’s emotional health is an important shared experience.  You should expect to have moments of joy together as well as moments of growth.   You’re here to get more of what you want out of life, and we’re here to help you make it happen.
